Whether this is your first time stepping on a pageant stage or Exquisite Royalty has already become a second home, Georgia state is your opportunity to grow, connect, compete and create memories that extend far beyond pageant weekend.
Our competition is designed to celebrate the whole contestant- Not simply how she looks on stage, but how she communicates, carries herself, grows In confidence, and embraces the opportunity to lead.
Every contestant has a place here. Every reign has a purpose.
Who can compete?
Exquisite Royalty welcomes contestants from infancy through adulthood, with age divisions designed to give every contestant an age appropriate experience while allowing contestants to remain in the same division as they advance from state to Nationals.
Competition Age
For the 2027 Pageant season, a contestant's competition age is determined by her age as of September 1, 2027.
This age will be used at all Exquisite Royalty state pageants and the 2027 National pageant, regardless of the contestant's age on the actual date of her state competition.
For example, if a contestant is 9 at Georgia state but will turn 10 before September of 2027, she will compete in the division that includes age 10.
This system allows our contestants to qualify at state and continue their journey to nationals within the same age division.
*the exception to this is, title holders from the 2026 season that had already registered (WITH PAYMENT) prior to the cancelation announcement will be competing as their 2026 title in the same division they won at nationals.*
Age Divisions:
Mabs 0-2
Scotties 3-4
Cleos 5-6
Dianas 7-9
Eles 10-12
Catherines 13-15
Bellas 16-19
Gaias 20-29
Elizabethan's 30-40
Victorians 40 and up.
Don't worry about which division to select, by submitting the birthday of your contestant on the registration page, we will be able to determine and place your contestant in the right division.

This is your moment to show us who you are.
More than a score.
At Exquisite Royalty, every area of competition has a purpose.
Our competition is designed to give judges the opportunity to see contestants in different ways- from the confidence to walk onto a stage and introduce themselves to the creativity to tell a story, the poise to command a room and the courage to stand behind their own voice.
We aren't searching for perfection.
We're looking for confidence, authenticity, growth, and the person behind the contestant.
Below you'll find the required areas of competition.
INTRODUCTION
This is your moment to say, " This is me."
Every journey begins with an introduction.
Contestants will take the stage and introduce themselves to our judges and audience. Intro's should be ages appropriate and give us a glimpse into the contestants personality, while following our strict guidelines, on what else should be included because we don't follow the standard pageant intro guide. contestant's will find their guidelines in their contestant tool kit.
What we're looking for?
Judges will consider confidence, personality, communication, stage presence, preparation, and overall presentation.
Why it matters?
Throughout life, there will be moments when you have to walk into a room where no one knows your name. We want our Royals to learn how to walk into the room believing they belong.
OUTFIT OF CHOICE
Tell us what home means to you.
For 2027, our outfit of choice theme is Home within yourself.
Home doesn't have to be a house.
Home may be your hometown, your heritage. Sunday dinner at grandmas. A ball field. a dance studio. A family tradition. A place you love to travel to. A person who makes you feel safe. A community you love. Or simply the place you feel most like yourself.
We want contestants to think beyond and outfit and creat a presentation that tells us their story of home.
There is no single correct interpretation and no required style of wardrobe.
Be creative. Be thoughtful, Be yourself.
What we are looking for?
Judges will consider creativity, personality confidence, stage presence, overall presentation and how thoughtfully the contestant interprets the theme.
An expansive andeleaborate costume does not automatically earn a higher score. The contestant and her interpretation should remain the focus.
Why it matters?
Knowing where you come from helps shape where you're going. We want contestants to recognize the people, places, traditions, and experiences that have helped make them who they are and have the confidence to tell that story.
There are countless ways to define home. We can't wait to see yours.
FORMAL WEAR
Elegance isn't something you put on. It's something you carry.
Formal wear gives each contestant the opportunity to demonstrate poise, confidence, presence and individual style.
Contestants should select age-appropriate formal attire that makes them feel confident and allows their personality to remain the focus.
We are not judging the price, designer, size or amount of embellishment on a gown.
The contestant should wear the gown. The gown should never wear the contestant.
What we are looking for?
Judges will consider poise, confidence, stage presence, posture, overall presentation, age appropriateness and how comfortably the contestant carries herself.
Why it Matters?
True confidence isn't about being the most decorated person in the room.
It's learning to walk into a room, carry yourself with grace, and know your worth without needing to prove it.
ONSTAGE QUESTION
Your voice matters. Learn how to use it.
At Exquisite Royalty, we believe confidence ins't simply the ability to stand on stage.
It's also then ability to know what you believe, communicate it Cleary, and stand behind your words with grace.
Contestants will answer an age-appropriate question on stage. questions may invite contestants to share their thoughts, experiences, values or perspectives.
There is no predetermined "correct" opinion.
Our judges are not evaluating whether they personally agree with a contestant's answer.
What we are looking for?
Judges will consider communication, composure, thoughtfulness, authenticity confidence and the contestants ability to clearly express her thoughts.
We aren't looking for the answer contestants think judges want to hear. We want to hear THEIR answer.
Why it matters?
Life will put you in rooms where people disagree with you.
Leadership means learning that you can have an opinion, state it plainly, explain why you believe it, listen when someone sees something differently and remain secure in yourself when your perspective is challenged. You don't have to change your voice to make everyone comfortable, And you don't have to diminish some else's voice to make yours stronger.
Leadership doesn't require everyone to agree with you. It requires the courage to speak with conviction and the character to listen with respect.
OPTIONAL COMPETITIONS
More ways to shine
Every contestant brings something different to the Exquisite Royalty stage.
Our optional competitions provide additional opportunities to showcase your talents, interests, personality, creativity, and individual strengths outside of the required areas of competition.
Optionals are exactly that- optional.
You do not need to enter optional competitions to be competitive for your divisional state title, and optional scores do not affect your required competition score.
Choose the categories that excite you, challenge yourself to try something new, or go all in and show us everything you've got.

Photogenic
showcase your personality and camera presence through your favorite photograph.
Billboard
a photo-based competition designed to find an image with the impact, personality, and presence worthy of representing Exquisite Royalty.
Portfolio
Tell your story through a collection of photographs showcasing versatility, personality, and presence.
Fun Fashion
Bring the fashion, personality and confidence. This your opportunity to show off your individual style on stage.
Runway
Own the runway. We're looking for confidence, personality, movement and the ability to command the stage.
Athletic Wear
Celebrate strength, energy, confidence, and an active lifestyle through an age-appropriate athletic inspired presentation.
Talent
Sing. Dance. Play. Perform. Show us the talent you've worked hard to develop
Interview
An opportunity to sit down with our judges and let them get to know the person beyond the stage.
Spokesmodel
Use your voice with purpose through a prepared presentation designed to showcase communication, confidence, and conviction.

INVESTMENT & FEES
We believe families should know exactly what to expect when joining us for Georgia State. Below you'll find the required investment for the 2027 pageant season, along with any optional opportunities you may choose to add.
State Entry fEE
3-UP: $300
0-2 : $200
Your state entry fee includes participation in all required areas of competition and your side award opportunities, contestant t-shirt, and swag.
A deposit of $50.00 is required to reserve your place with the remaining balances due by January 1, 2027.
Your deposit is your appointed title fee. Please secure what title you will represent. All contestants for Georgia state will require a new appointed title sash.
Scholarship Contribution- $100
Each contestant contributes $100 to the scholarship fund.
These contributions allow us to invest directly back into our Royalty by providing cash scholarships to our newly crowned queens.
Gift Exchange
Each contestant is asked to bring two $10 gift cards of her choice.
These cards will be used as gift exchange, one for the upcoming and one for outgoing queens. Choose something you'd be excited to receive yourself!
2 gift cards. $10 each. $20 total.
Optional Competition: $25 each or all in $175
Mandatory Photography fee: $20
Additional cost
Some additional items or activities may carry separate fees including official photography, additional event tickets, merchandise, or other pageant weekend experiences.

Our Georgia State Royalty will spend the year building friendships, creating memories, serving their communities, developing as leaders and experiencing what it truly means to represent the Exquisite Royalty Kingdom.
Because while the crown may be place on one special day, the reign is what gives it meaning.
Your Royalty year
Throughout their year of service our state queens can look forward to experiences designed to strengthen their sisterhood and celebrate their reign, including:
- Our annual Royalty Beach Trip
- Royalty retreats and sleepovers
- professional photoshoots
- spa and celebration days
- parades and community appearances
- service projects and community involvement
- royalty apparel, jewelry, and special gifts.
- Opportunities to support their sister queens and individual platforms

- special exquisite royalty events throughout the year
- the opportunity to represent Georgia at ER Nationals

and perhaps most importantly, a year surrounded by a group of sister queens who will cheer for one another through every step of the journey.

A Reign with Purpose

Being crowned Exquisite Royalty is an honor- but we believe what you choose to do after the crown is placed matters even more.
Our queens are not expected to be perfect. They are expected to be present, purposeful, and willing to grow.
Throughout their reign, our Georgia State royalty will be encouraged to step outside of their comfort zones, serve their communities, support their sister queens, develop their own voices, and discover how even small acts of leadership can create lasting influence.
We don't expect our queens to begin their reign knowing exactly who they will become. That's the point of the journey. We simply ask that they show up willing to learn, willing to serve, willing to lead, and willing to make their year mean something.
