Welcome to the new chapter of Exquisite Royalty.
The National Leadership Summit is a one-day boutique national experience designed to celebrate confidence, leadership, service, communication, ad sisterhood in an intentional and affordable way for families.
As travel costs, lodging expenses and financial demands continue to rise for many families, Exquisite Royalty is proud to offer a meaningful national opportunity that focuses on personal growth, community impact, and genuine connection while preserving the prestige and honor of national titleholder opportunities.
This is not your typical national pageant weekend.
Instead of traditional multi-day competition, participants will gather for a day of leadership development, networking, stage experiences, community engagement, and sisterhood while being considered for appointment to the 2026 Exquisite Royalty National Court.
National titleholders and ambassadors will be selected following the summit through a comprehensive review process that evaluates leadership, service, communication, character, and overall representation.
NATIONAL LEADERSHIP SUMMIT REGISTRATION
Registration Fees:
Contestants who earned eligibilty through an official Exquisite Royalty State pageant may participate in the National Leadership Summit for the standard registration price of $175.00
Contestants who previously submitted their $100.00 deposit for nationals will receive full crdit fo their deposit and will only owe the remaining balance of $75.00
At Large Applicants:
Exquisite Royalty understands that many deserving young women may not have had the opportunity to participate in a state pageant this season.
A limited number of At-large National Leadership Summit Positions will be available for contestants wishing to be considered for national appointment. Registration Price is $200.00
At large Applicants will complete the same appointment process and be evaluated using the same scoring criteria as a qualified delegate.
ER ROYALTY SCHOLARSHIP CREDITS
Previously awarded National Scholarships, discounts and prize credits will be honored through the ER Scholarship Credit Program.
Those credits may be applied towards 2027 National Pageant Registration.

SCORING PROCESS
The Exquisite Royalty National Leadership Summit is designed to recognize young women who exemplify leadership, service, confidence, character, and community involvement.
Unlike a traditional pageant competition, National Titleholders will be appointed through a comprehensive evaluation process designed to consider the whole person and the values they represent both on and off the stage.
National appointments will be determined through the following scoring categories:
COMMUNITY SERVICE PORTFOLIO & VERIFICATION LETTER- 35%
Community service is the heart of the Exquisite Royalty Mission and serves as the largest portion of the National Appointment Process.
Contestants will submit a Community Service Portfolio highlighting Volunteer efforts, leadership initiatives, serve projects and community involvement. In addition, each contestant MUST provide one Community service Verification Letter from a nonprofit director, volunteer coordinator, church leader, school administrator, teacher, coach or community organization leader familiar with their service efforts.
Judges will evaluate:
-Commitment to service.
-Leadership & Initiative
-Community Impact
-Consistency of Involvement
-Representation of Exquisite Royalty Values.
Portfolios are not scored solely on the number of volunteer hours completed. Greater emphasis is placed on meaningful involvement, leadership demonstrated, and positive impact within the community.
INTERVIEW-30%
Interview provies contestants the opportunity to showcase their communication skills, confidence, personality, leadership potential, and overall ambassador readiness.
Interviews may be conducted in person during the National Leadership Summit.

-Ambassador Readiness
-Overall Representation
ESSAY SUBMISSION-20%
Each Contestant will complete a written Essay designed to highlight their personal goals, leadership philosophy, commitment to service, and understanding of what it means to represent Exquisite Royalty as a National Titleholder.
Judges will evaluate:
-Content & Thoughtfulness
-Communication Ability
-Leadership Perspective
-Authenticity
-Personal Vision & Goals
LEADERSHIP & REPRESENTATION-15%
This category evaluates the contestant's overall professionalism, preparedness, character, online activity and dedication the the system and the ability to represent the values and mission of Exquisite Royalty.
Judges will consider:
-Professionalism
-Preparedness
-Character
-Positive Attitude
-Integrity
-Leadership Presence
-Representation of the Exquisite Royalty Brand.
TOTAL SCORE: 100 POINTS
2026 NATIONAL APPOINTED TITLEHOLDERS
Selected titleholders will serve as official representatives of Exquisite Royalty throughout the 2026-2027 year and will receive national recognition, crown and sash packages, promotional opportunities and participation in official Exquisite Royalty Events.
As a special transition -year opportunity, appointed national titleholders will remain eligible to compete at the future 2027 National Pageant.
